SetsulGoing by that logic I'd say it's an HDD bottleneck.
RAM and HDDs only do one thing: They store data. As long as you don't run out of space it's absolutely irrelevant how much you have in total.
I know that you are trying to tell me if it's really my graphics card the problem, but at this point, it's pretty obvious that my GPU is the reason why I get 20-30 fps in battle on games such as Dirty Bomb on low settings at 720p.

High-end games to me are the triple-a games, such as Battlefield 4, Star Wars Battlefront, Assassin's Creed, etc.
What I am looking for is to run demanding games, such as Overwatch, at a smooth and consistent 60 fps on medium settings at 720p, since I don't care about graphics.
