Hosting tf2pickup.org for div2+ players is not a problem. Adding captain system is also not a problem. Nor is adding elo.

technically, yes the site is up. it has not been touched in years and has no active administration, moderation, or dev team. i will reach out to the old team and see what we need to do to be operational in the next few days, if that is even possible. wish we had more of a heads up.
Hit me up if you need any help with the code; from what I've seen the backend was unable to configure the game server properly, it just hung - but I tested that 2 days ago, it might have been temporary.
