see thats where it gets tough (and why i understand your side)...for the IM division it's best you move up if voted in b/c that makes room for a new top 3 team as you previously mentioned. it also gives invite the strongest new team IM can provide. however its possible you would have a losing record/not make lan/finish 7th, so that would suck dicks for you guys. that being said, needs of the many > needs of the few :<
doggles, you mean a team with 1 player who's been invite before, and several players who have played a grand total of 4 matches outside of open (rip hrg) don't think they're ready for invite?! BLASPHEMY.
edit: and calling us top 3 is speculation, not fact ;)

dude ive already stated i get why you guys dont wanna do invite, but your argument is bad. if you placed top 3 last season, this season you should place top 3 or better. top 3 is the top of the division obviously, so just sitting in IM to remain in top 3 or better seems silly, yadig?

I don't think we are terrible but I'm not sure why people think that we will STOMP IM or that we didn't have a challenging season
deltafox was a 5v6 :P regardless, you had 4 losses all season and finished 3rd so that loss you had to wcw can be viewed as a deviation from the norm. i said i see where doggles is coming from, but it's pretty apparent if you guys were to stay in IM you'd easily be a top 3 team once again. i see it from both sides mang mang

masterfulNot everyone has the luxury of being harbleu, or being part of the best team ever to play tf2. I assume that they think they would be like the ducks, in that they would not compete, and would not contribute to the division. While they're all great players, if they don't think they will be able to compete with the practice schedule they have, then you can't really ask any more of them.
i completely understand where doggles is coming from but...
if your only losses are (in playoffs and reg season) to the top 2 finishers in IM, it's a sign you're ready for better comp.
