20/25 pushups a day
running up and down my house staircase 15 times
as side from having a much more decent diet i've gone from 215lbs to 173lbs
ive gotten way to obsessed with image now tho
it's taking so long to get that last bit of belly fat away and i'm too lazy to do crunches but i think it's time to bite the bullet and do that rather than pushups
