Makemakeyour average waiter gets paid minimum wage because they are disposable
They actually get paid below minimum wage here in freedom land because they're expected to get tips to make up the difference. Min wage in michigan is 9.65 regularly but 3.67 tipped. Lots of waitstaff support it since low wage + tips is usually above normal min wage.

The bottom 3 RGL divs are individually bigger than the top 3 combined. We consistently ignore the biggest chunks of the playerbase 'cuz they're bad' then wonder where all the new players are.
