are these the only crosshairs available ? i would love one similar with 7 but with a bigher crosshair and thicker cross and a thinner and transparent circle
oh so this is what i was seeing on mangachu stream looks pretty cool
someone posted this on my windows 8 thread a few days ago
If you have an AMD video card, you should probably stay away from Windows 8 unless you plan on playing in fullscreen. Microsoft redesigned Aero (they did not remove it), and it's forced on. This means that on AMD video cards, there is no way to turn off vsync on the desktop without 3rd party programs as the control panel does not allow you to turn it off on the Aero desktop. Fullscreen may not even work if you have two monitors (someone should look into this). Nvidia users can fully turn off vsync, at least in Windows 7 Aero.
I'm not saying the OS is bad; in fact, I love having it on my laptop, even with the Metro UI (Reader is useful for textbooks :>).
I guess thats your problem
wonderlandmicrosoft mice have lower max 'control' speed and more negative acceleration and of course more input lag if you leave them at 125hz instead of 500hz. its not unusable but I wouldn't recommend it.
didn
2calso u cant oc mouse hz on it, meaning if ur a microsoft mouse user its unusable
otherwise id say its worth it to use if ur forced to format. it has native multimonitor support which is enough to justify it for me
say what ? i have an ms 3.0 why would it be unusable without increasing mouse hz ?
anyway i
ToastyTHTUmm call me crazy, but did you perhaps turn on mouse acceleration? Do you have 'Enhance Pointer Precision' checked in control panel? I
crazy ;)
bearodactylworks exactly the same as w7
i have this problem where sometimes my sensitivity feels weird like it goes faster or slower back and forth for no reason, sometimes i can go for a week without issues, sometimes changing map does it, dunno where the problem is
thanks guys for the inputs, i think im gonna give it a try, as i have this problem on win7 that i can
dMenacewindoes 8 has the bugs
will it fix my mistyping ? ;D
i know people seem to hate the metroui but i dont rly care about that as i can just install a shell, my question is about other problems that i may or may not encounter tf2 related ....
Im thinking of changing my windows to 8, are there any issues i should know beforehand ? Does all the acceleration off and vsync/directx crap works normally with tf2 ? Will my sensitivity change in any way ? Any mumble/teamspeak problems ?
I would love to hear input from people that have done the transition ! Thanks !
Goat_wrong, I don't even know where you got that from.
The konr wings are sized for cl_corsshair_scale 30, its all written in the readme
not for me it isnt ... to me the default konr crosshair appears way too small .... thats the way i fixed it
Silencefor the konr wings crosshair, is it possible to get the soldier/demo crosshairs to look like the image below?
http://i.imgur.com/iLcSoRj.jpg
go to client scheme.res and change the tall value to 18 on konr wings, u need to restart tf2 to apply and use the default crosshairs for demo/solly.
And thanks goat for the quick answers
