As an 8-8 team you aren't steam rolling everyone below you and you should have ok length games against higher seeds. Its hard to accumulate stats when you crush the lower teams in 10 minutes. Playing 15 out of 16 matches is big too.

I played in playoffs and won 2 out of 4 seasons. Played in grand finals 3 times.

Here's some hidden lore. Midway through playoffs in season 29 (the season where we salvaged Alfa's team after roster locks), Alfa wanted to forfeit if we made grand finals because he was scared of possibly losing to scratch/juju. Thankfully he was convinced to play by me/bobby and that ended up being an amazing grand finals.
Yeah ok but my point still stands. I wasn't a roster rider and I did build/organize those teams.
When have I been a roster rider? one season in IM I didn't have time to play? I made the team and recruited the players, not sure why its "JM's open team". I played 3 partial seasons and 3 full seasons.
Did you even play ESEA? or are you a twitch chat stream viewer that currently resides in the RGL newcomer division?
Is winning an RGL division even an achievement when all the top teams are knee-capped with class restrictions? I only want to compete against the best, not participate in a make-a-wish contest.
Sounds like not playing RGL is one my biggest dubs and I've won a lot of championships
