I thought about it and you might be interested in trying the Bakeneko on cannonkeys, it goes live later today:

it's an in-stock 60% with o-ring gasket mounting for $130, and it's made of aluminum
the downside is that it's cast aluminum rather than cnc machined, and it's painted rather than anodized. so if you're after the most premium aesthetics/machining you should probably look elsewhere. but I'm pretty confident that if you want
a) 60% layout
b) great sound and feel
AND
c) an all-metal case
that it would be really hard to beat this board below $200
