Problem while streaming

I tired to stream a few days ago and when I zoom in with sniper the surrounding black area of the scope flickers a lot, this also happens when I use the boston basher or have jarate on me. Is there something I can do to stop this from happening?

Why do you always make demo calls and then a few days later say "Im not making it after all because im busy"? IIRC you have made 4 or 5 demo calls and made 1 video resulting from said demo calls.
