PS+ has ALWAYS been a "extra stuff" membership, its not needed to play online

They listed multiplayer as a feature for ps+ and Jack only said if you don't have ps+ you can enjoy the online 'media' that your games offer. I don't thing media means multiplayer functionality. If they were going to remove free multiplayer from psn this would be the way to announce it.

I've been working on the theory that Fatal1ty has been dead for years and his brand is being kept alive by the same people who put flame decals on computer cases and sell them as gaming PCs. Additional funding comes from mugging people 'Fatal1ty' 'challenges' in these exhibition matches.

scrimshaw yeah i got it. but it's still stupid. if the only way you can be empathetic is by imagining that someone's mom has cancer or is an orphan or that something catastrophic has happened to them then something is seriously fucked up in your head. i think it's much more humanitarian to be empathetic of banal normal things that cause people to act the way they do as opposed to this nonsense. it's a good concept but it's all warped and twisted the way he framed it. and he was fucked in the head so that explains a lot
Those examples just show how horribly incorrect assumptions we make of people can be, or how there is no capital T Truth in our supposed knowledge, as DFW may put it.
Also, discrediting someone's work due to a mental illness is seriously fucked up and is probably the type of thing this speech aims to steer people away from.
