They are pretty chill and fyg seems to have learned from last season's mistakes. however we'll not know until they are borderline playoffs and fyg's finger is itching to cut 3 players.

In hindsight, I understand that I sorta got a little ahead of myself with the whole "high open" thing. I apologize if you perceived that as cockiness because in reality I'm just eager to improve next season.
Regardless, I'm still making a team and as long you have some experience and are passionate about the game add me and hopefully we could get a good group of players together that can help each other better their games.

That's the team we began on yes. We got that record because for most of the matches our team didn't show up or computer issues. Later in the season Kohly joined punchline, a playoff team, and helped them win some matches before there main was able to play again. I joined a team with keylime that finished with a playoff record but we didn't have the rounds to secure the spot :(
I understand the skepticism, but we're dedicated players and we really feel like we could compete at a high open level

I think it's still worth it to play tf2 mainly because of the kind of thing that happens in this thread. Good luck finding OW players that are dedicated to helping other people learn about the game solely because they want other to be passionate about the same things they are. I mean sure there are OW players like that, but they are few and far between. Here it's almost impossible to miss people who just want to help which I'm sure you just discovered from this thread.
