IMO the hardest thing to do with depression is to convince yourself that the future is not as bleak as you think it is. If you can manage to stop listening to that little voice inside your head that calls you a piece of shit and tells you that the future is shit you can get through anything. You just have to accept that even though you aren't perfect, your a unique and wonderful person with plenty of positive characteristics.
