We welcome you back to competitive TF2 in Oceania in 2018! Signups are now open for ozfortress season 21 until Friday the 26th of January.
The whitelist used this season will be finalised in the coming weeks, but will be based off the previously announced changes from December.
Although new maps were tested in the Summer Cups, including the disastrously confusing mirrored maps, the map pool has not changed from OZF 20 with the exception of a Prolands update from b2b to b3b. However, the maps have been reordered for a better flow and added variety. We continue to welcome new maps to be playtested and encourage map makers to keep up with their efforts!
As such, the maps for ozfortress season 21 are:
- cp_process_final
- cp_prolands_b3b
- cp_granary_pro_rc8
- cp_gullywash_final1
- koth_product_rc8
- cp_snakewater_final1
- cp_sunshine
Map Rotation is as follows:
- Week 1: cp_process_final/cp_snakewater_final1
- Week 2: cp_snakewater_final1/koth_product_rc8
- Week 3: koth_product_rc8/cp_sunshine
- Week 4: cp_sunshine/cp_gullywash_final1
- Week 5: cp_gullywash_final1/cp_prolands_b3b
- Week 6: cp_prolands_b3b/cp_granary_pro_rc8
- Week 7: cp_granary_pro_rc8/cp_process_final
Season Schedule:
- Signups: Tuesday January 16th – Friday January 26th
- Final Placements: Saturday January 27th
- Main Season: Sunday January 28th – Thursday 15th March (7 Weeks)
- Page Playoffs: Sunday 18th March – Thursday 22nd March 2018
- Semi-Finals: Sunday 25th March – Thursday 29th March 2018
- Grand Finals: Sunday 1st April 2018 – Thursday 5th April 2018
Full details can be found in the ozfortress News Post here. See you soon!
cookieMaybe someone could help me here.
I've added mgemod_hide_rating 1 in the server's autoexec.cfg file but ELO still seems to be there. Any help would be greatly appreciated!
Try server.cfg
We may or may not have left the Second Banana out, although not confirmed. Will work with the other administrators and Aoshi will update it in the morning, if confirmed.
Been running it for a while now down in AU, sickest map!

We're working on a mandatory update for Team Fortress 2. It should be ready soon. The notes for the update are below.
-Eric
-----------------------------------
- Fixed a client crash related to the Dragon's Fury
- Fixed showing only a few weapons instead of the full set when redeeming a War Paint
- Fixed an exploit related to the Heavy's health and the G.R.U.
- Fixed contract objectives related to the Direct Hit not registering
- Fixed contract objectives related to sentries not registering
- Fixed War Paints and weapons that came out of campaign cases not displaying the correct rarity
- Fixed being unable to turn-in one of the bonus objectives for the Medic contract
- Fixed players being able to use the Thermal Thruster during the freeze period at the beginning of the round
- Updated koth_lazarus
- Fixed an issue with map-specific sprites not loading
- Updated pl_enclosure_final
- Fixed various errors related to textures
- Updated cp_mercenarypark
- Fixed enemy players being able to enter opposing spawn rooms
- Fixed an area near cap B where engineers could build in an inaccessible area
- Fixed spawn room doors sometimes becoming blocked
- Updated Steam Controller support
- Game controllers which are attached but left idle no longer cause the game to assume that Steam Controller input is desired.
- Reverted configuration change which caused some non-Steam Controller devices to default to using Steam Controller configuration. Users can re-enable this via the Steam Big Picture UI if desired.(Conversely, players who prefer the legacy gamepad mode, should ensure this setting is not enabled.)
ozfortress has also followed suit with the same changes made by ETF2L
