TF2 server update, mods expected to break

We did some testing, logs.tf will log to a certain extent but has various issues including combined logs and logging stopped midway.
Hope SourceMod will be updated soon.

I am really new at web server.. and I've never made it before... ;;
sm_ban <#userid|name> <minutes|0> [reason]Should work using default basebans.smx of SourceMod
