I get this "Warning" then gets disconnecting. It keeps happening and only happens in Team Fortress 2, my internet connection is really good btw

StevieJust because you play mge for hours on end, never guarantees that you will just become a dm god. Likewise, playing too little mge will give you somewhat a disadvantage. I would say play a few games here and there, and don't get too excessive. I can't recommend a specific amount of time you should invest.

soldier sensitivity

tr1pif you really want to use shotgun and stay consistent with the other aspects of soldier, the only thing you can do is find a "medium" sens
once you find a sens that lets you aim well with shotgun and rockets, but your jumps arent really good, just practise on jump maps until the muscle memory is made with this new sens, after that you'll be good to go
