you need to sleep enough and on a regular schedule
you need to stay hydrated, aim to drink at least a gallon of water per day
you need to make sure you're getting enough vitamins and minerals, a bottle of multivitamins is a good investment
you need to keep clean, wash your hands regularly and keep a bottle of sanitizer around as well
the temperatures in your apartment don't matter too much, just dress warm if you're cold
