significantly decrease the ROF of airblast, lower afterburn time to a couple seconds (or scale up afterburn time the longer the target is being hit directly), and buff the detonator so pyros can actually flare jump

both nahte and subroza are really great aimers, subroza had some cheating allegations but he's frequently been near the top of esea rws leaderboards and has played well on Ace
both of them are huge gambles but clg didn't have a lot of options and subroza especially compares well to stewie when c9 picked him up.

saamowlthis rule wouldn't matter at all if it had been created 2 years ago but teams have been used to having a coach for so long and a bunch of them have built their entire roster around it
having a dedicated coach doesnt really change the quality of pro play in the end though idk why people are so up in arms about it
I follow CS very casually but hasn't Valve been saying this is a possibility since last major? If that's the case then teams who moved towards 5 fraggers + coach when they had a good IGL already seem pretty dumb.
according to pros, valve floated the idea at cluj-napoca and were pretty unanimously told that it was a bad idea. then nobody heard anything for a year and then this rule comes out.
