Actually went and did it myself, all thanks to Harbis. For anyone else that may want this, I'll be updating it whenever new floaty thingys arrive.

Damn. A couple of my other friends tested demos from the guy and they couldn't get them to work either. The fact that you guys can play the demo means that it's definitely an issue that seems to occur on a case by case basis. Sucks.
This might not be the cause, but all the demos I have gotten from a friend seem to crash at times early in the demo.
This is not a mat_queue_mode issue, so please don't suggest that. Other demos from other people do not crash and I am also not experiencing issues while skipping ticks.

Heya! I'm a TF2 and Dota 2 streamer and I play in EU Highlander, currently at a Silver level.
I only started streaming recently due to only acquiring the hardware capable of doing so recently. However, I stream (currently) daily and will be streaming all my future scrims and any other stuff I can. I'd love to be affiliated with the teamfortress.tv site in order to maintain a more active and involved viewer-base.
