Not sure how actions like these do anything but punish normal Russian citizens who need a way to pay for basic necessities. I really don’t see how this does anything to stop the Russian forces who are actually advancing into Ukraine.
I believe the logic is that all transactions made in Russia, whether that be selling a product or using a debit card, includes tax. That tax money goes to the Russian government, which funds the war effort, etc. Also has the benefit of making the war even more unpopular in Russia, and for a dictator, public opinion means a lot. When his security forces can't pay for food because of his decisions, quashing protests suddenly doesn't sound that appealling.
BrockHas this had any major effects on other professional players outside of tf2 in Russia?
considering most of EU not accepting Russian aircraft, pro esport players from Russia have the choice of going home and staying in Russia for the foreseeable future, or don't go back to Russia and be able to play LAN events without struggling to leave the country.
embarrassing there are so many jokes on this thread when a country of 40 million people are having their lives uprooted from violence
instead of guessing, react to projectiles.
trelan played HL while being in medical school i think
Oh my god this is horrible. If anyone is interested in donating to the fygisawesome.com relaunch fund, please send your money to me.
DuMmTmthought about that too after i found my first but it makes alot of sense to find more shinies in this, you can see shinies in the overworld and also see like 6 pokemon at all times, so even with the same odds as usual you are getting to roll the dice alot more/faster than in any previous game
in my case, the game just spawned a Luxray in my face during a rift, if it was say Emerald and i could avoid that encounter i would have and never seen that it was a shiny in the first place
This being said, I have seen data that basically says as the game progresses, the shiny rate is still 1/4096 per roll, but every pokemon that spawns gets more and more rolls to be shiny depending on what milestones you've hit, i believe maxing out at 32 rolls per pokemon, roughly 1 in 128 in an outbreak with perfect pokedex research and the shiny charm. So yeah, you see a LOT more pokemon in the overworld, but the chance of each one being a shiny is still higher than in base games by a large margin, hence why they're super common.
wym seems to be dead, still works just fine
