Has the stream list had any impact at all? Viewership numbers for all the top streams have barely changed besides gaining by 50 or so.
Digias far as I know it is supposed to be visible by default unless you were to click the button to turn it off

Paladin_IMSrecently installed windows 7, I'm getting weird locking/stuttering in every game I play.

Did you try re-installing mouse drivers? Or running with the generic Windows one?
