Try calling them on the phone. Initially it's automated to send you to right section but eventually you get to talk to an actual person about it.

I talked to Logitech last week and they said they will send me a new one once I send pictures. I sent them on Tuesday and I haven't heard back from them yet.

If you end up saving some money on that windows idea I would recommend getting a modular power supply. It lets you pick and choose what cables to use so you don't have a giant cluster of unused wires stuffed in your case. Slightly more money but makes life easier
You're stupid if you think stacking a pug is remotely similar to stacking against iron teams. At least in pug the opposing team will be comprised of ~gold level players. Come to think of it you're stupid anyway, regardless of how you try to rationalize it.

Not sure why they are discontinued but they're a pretty solid headset, has a mute switch, and that specific one I linked is bundled with an adapter. Used to use these headphones for a while and my only real complaint is that at random the wire gets super tangled, but that's an easy fix to unravel.
