I don't see anything wrong with his sniping in games. If his sniping is helping the team then what's wrong with it? I can understand why it would stop pugs from being fun, but from my experience he doesn't snipe as much as he used to. He can be serious about the game but I haven't noticed it to be damaging or hurtful. Again, disclaimer, this is just my personal experience from pugs with him.

The $219 deal for the BenQ XL2411Z is no longer available on Amazon or Newegg (they're running at about $300 now) but there is a deal for the BenQ XL2420Z at about the same price as the XL2411Z. Not too many differences between the two but it's a pretty good deal from its normal price.
