z4chNot really something you can fix, but what originally pushed me away from tf2lobby was the players. I can't stand when people just fuck around when I'm trying to play well and get better.
I played the tf2center beta this weekend and I'm probably not gonna play there again, since in both lobbies I tried, people were messing around.
I will play here if it's more like pugs and less like lobbies.
I understand people wanna have fun. I wanna get better and losing when no one is doing what they're supposed to do is annoying.
Exactly. This is the point behind TF2.gg - it's made by competitive players for competitive players. Our point is not to replace TF2lobby, but to provide a new place where people more serious about competitive can actually get better.

Not quite sure what this means...Can you elaborate? Are you using something like a hidden MMR? Could work in theory but if some people don't use the system and pop in every once in a while it could imbalance teams...

FzeroSophomore year a sick thing happened kinda like that. My girlfriend and I just got home from a party, she lived on the same floor and side as me so she would often just sleep in my room since it was a single. She went to get ready for bed and came running back saying, something like, OMG you have to see this! She open the door to the girls bathroom and the girl that just moved in two days ago was passed out on the floor near the toilet. She shit all over the floor and was lying in vomit. By then the whole floor was up from the girls screaming and had to use the boys bathroom until it was cleaned up. The poor girl moved out two days later.
One person you should always give tons of respect to is the poor cleaning people in dorms, they have such a hard and gross job. Someone should call dirty jobs.
I have a similar story. In freshman year my roommate came back drunk as heck. She went to the bathroom and tried to use the toilet but missed and peed all over the floor. we shared this bathroom with 2 other girls.

ESEA Client Trouble Threads Deleted From TFTV/ESEA

There are two possibilities for the client: fixed or not fixed.
We should assume that if Killing hasn't said anything about it being fixed, then it's not fixed. Why keep asking him if it's fixed yet? I'm sure he'll let as know as soon as it is. I mean, what's he going to do? Post threads on the forum saying "Oh hey guys, here's my hourly update- it's not fixed yet" or "Update! It's half fixed"? I don't think any of us know exactly what kind of communication Killing has with the client developer. Giving a specific time deadline for a piece of software to be fixed is usually useless. All we can do is relay our concerns to ESEA about them being irresponsible.
