When i'm playing casual tf2 i just feel like im not doing anything. When the round ends i have like 2 kills and 6 deaths. I am improving tho

I've been using dx 8.1 for a while but i am working on my own config so i can play on 9.5 (beacuse it's better).
So fair i'm getting acceptable performace.
