As I said, for a GTX760 the actual wattage isn't the issue. That power supply is shit tier though. It's the lowest quality Corsair you can get. I cheaped out for a bit and had the non-modular version of it before returning it.

Unless you pirated Windows (nobody does that right) and got a bad rip or crack, it must be with your hardware. That power supply is pretty bad but Nvidia cards don't eat a lot of power. It must be that you didn't install something correctly, you received faulty hardware, or you damaged something while building it.
