After looking through some of EVILs scrim logs from the past couple of weeks it looks like they go even-ish with teams like kawaii sexu, bote, and mario gang. They'd probably end up around 9 or 10 right now in open. Yeah they are 9-0, but really they haven't played anyone who is that great and they got a ffw off of mal. It's rather difficult to judge a teams placement because of the split conferences because its pretty clear the skill level of the eastern conf is lower than the central's and with that said its much easier to have a positive record.

And, in the grand scheme of things, EVIL will make playoffs with a middle seed, might make it past the first round, hell they may even make it past the 2nd round, but ultimately they probably won't finish any higher than 7th or 5th because right now I think the top 4 teams (Westbrooke, No Johns, Malicious, KICKFLIP) are so much more dominant than every other team that the chance of a finals not including 2 of those teams is extremely low.

Furthermore, I'm not trying to make it seem like rankings do or don't matter, because obviously its a good thing that you do care enough about your level of play to challenge people who undervalue you, BUT being passive aggressive and snarky on the forums about it, especially to those who take their time to write rankings every week, is a good way to find yourself in a hole of downfrags, having people making binds and spamming them at you in scrims, and getting your shit screen shot and pasted everytime you try to make a legitimate response about something.

While i understand that loots PR is based off results, and that is fine and a perfectly good way to do a PR, I also see no issue with lees PR and with how he placed his own team, because honestly, that is probably where that team is skill wise. Despite lee's recent posts in this thread there really is no reason to be up in arms about this in particular
