HypnotizeEverything is salvageable really, you could add a info.vdf it just to see if its usable but i'm pretty sure it will be. You might want to update the main files at least like clientscheme, animations, hudlayot so nothing is missing or gives errors.
Other than that the main thing will be the timers missing since they added the new HudMatchStatus file and most likely the main menu, scoreboard, tournament panel and winpanel being either broken or missing stuff but there is a chance that they could be usable in the current state as well.
Feel free to check this out, it shoud help a little :)

hi all
haven't upgraded my computer for years and it runs fallout like absolute shit even on lowest settings/resolution so i figure i should look into it.
currently have i5-2400, asus p8p67 le motherboard, hd5770. i'm thinking of keeping my ram (12gb kingston ddr3) + hard drives/ssd + psu (750w corsair) + case (arc midi).
was looking at i5-6500 + a decent cooler + motherboard and either a 4gb gtx960 or 4gb r9 380. i've read that gtx960 uses less power (not a big concern) but also might be better in some games due to nvidia enhancements?? idk
main usage is either tf2/other fps games which i'll use fps configs on anyway + fallout 4 etc which i'd ideally like to play at least medium/high settings comfortably on my 120hz monitor at 1080p. i don't really overclock or anything except if i can do it thru the software (like amd overdrive or w/e)
need australian pricing if possible, from the looks of things i'll be out like $700-800aud all up? but cheaper is nicer.
also would i get any substantial improvement just by upgrading the gfx card and saving the other stuff for later? or should i just try and get it all in one hit

mathsadanyone else here using winamp and unable to drag and drop music from folders into your library? i have to manually add it into the bookmarks and drag it from there.
had similar issues with foobar. if its like mine its all permissions that block it. fixed mine by not running in administrative mode + making sure music library wasnt read only

BonafideChange the spy cloak sound to a loud sound file and you got yourself a nice cheat, too bad stuff like this is so easily abused because it's great in general
edit;
same goes for medic being fully charged
And for the spy, you could change the sound to a voice screaming "Spy!"
can already do all this + footsteps etc in soundmixers.txt
