If you're coming to Salt Lake, the only real things to do in the city at that point in time is go to our bad sports team's games or enjoy nature.
Fry sauce is still good though.

NabernizerA small KOTH map designed for 6v6, where forward holds are discouraged due to the separation of the back areas, and the multiple entrances into mid. Most of the fighting should be contained at mid, which should allow for some fast paced gameplay where combat is near constant.
This is my first map. For the most part, the layout is done and I'd like to get some feedback. I've playtested earlier versions on TF2Center, and received generally positive statements about it's differences from conventional KOTH maps.

that mid. OOOF. falling off will make in 100% impossible to live during a fight.
gargleburryrazethey had no playoff chance.
none. there was no point in playing legit unless they wanted to play for the sake of playing.gargleburryif you know your going to throw/dont give a shit then either forfeit or tell them not to cast
Oh, I certainly agree. But, it is likely part of the reasoning behind the bugs play.
The Bugs have avoided relegation to Intermediate and are now free to do whatever damage they can in the last couple weeks of the season.
.....
they certainly did that.
gargleburryi cant believe you guys are actually supporting this garbage. the bugs were the underdogs in the match but wtf was that shit even. like if you know your going to throw/dont give a shit then either forfeit or tell them not to cast the match. dont waste the casters time or the people that anticipated watching a serious match.
props to the casters staying positive throughout though
they had no playoff chance.

thetruesize.com is a pretty fun tool then. allows you to move countries around a map and scales them to match the distortion a Mercator makes.

loserpranceI'm having an issue where every time I launch the game, it stops. It's been happening with every source game I've tried so far.
My Steam icon/status goes from in-game TF2, and immediately back to Online. hl2.exe remains in my active processes sometimes more than once but the game never actually launches a window or anything.
Looking around via Google, multiple people have had this problem in the distant past, but I haven't found a real solution.
I've restarted my computer, updated my AMD drivers, put -autoconfig in my launch options, verified my game cache, and still nothing. If this is happened to anyone else in the past, what did you do to fix it?
verify game cache.
This looks lovely.(can lovely even apply to a game where the point is to murder in comic fashion?)
anyway, what is up with the fourth photo? it looks like it could be water, a part not in the map, or just a compare and contrast thing.
the overhang coming cat onto the upper part of mid should be removed or made nonsolid.
can get quite annoying if your jump is timed wrong.
CorrieI just got on today after updating steam to play my scrim. When I started to warm up i noticed mouse sensitivity went up by a lot, felt like it had acceleration on, and became super jitter/jumpy/inaccurate when moving my character. This only started a couple hours ago. Other games like CS:GO and even Minecraft worked, as well as my normal in browser/windows sensitivity. I've verified my files, did a fresh install, exited out of steam, and restarted my computer. None of them worked. To anyone one willing to tell me the problem and/or help me fix it thank you!
did the steam update just turn on your mouseaccel?
What is the ETF2L rule in case of point tie? does it go to round aggregate or Head to Head first?
sheepy_dogs_handflatlinewhy are illegal immigrants bad again?skeejsheepy_dogs_hand If the wall is built then it will allow for much better immigration control for years to come and save America a lot of money
Why? General consensus is that immigration has a positive effect on the economy. For instance: http://business.time.com/2013/01/30/the-economics-of-immigration-who-wins-who-loses-and-why/
The big difference to me is between legal immigration and illegal. I would suppose that people who enter legally are much less likely to cause any trouble or crime. Obviously immigration is good for the economy but it should be done in a controlled way. I personally think illegal immigration is bad but even if you don't think illegal immigration is a bad thing they are breaking the law and no man is above the law.
Also only reason I brought up the wall was because it seemed like a good solution to the illegal immigration problem America claim to have. Like I said though I don't know much about walls and people are saying it's not possible. .
it's not a good solution. it will end up costing us more money than what we're losing.
