I only force the program to delete the cfg so people don't launch TF2 next time they play TF2 and be whisked away into a demo, and then complain to me that the program broke their TF2 or something. Perhaps I can add an option to not delete the file for users who want to keep the CFG? For now, you could make a new cfg with the settings you want and just exec it once you're inside the demo

I still haven't found a way to make the demo start at a certain tick, which is why I have to do it through a bind first. I've been trying different methods to load at a certain tick, but no luck. If anyone has any suggestions of a string of console commands or a script that could do this, let me know by all means. Favorites are a good idea, so if I can find a way to load a demo at a tick, I'll put favorites in.

Do you mean custom huds or hud elements such as kill feed, chatbox, etc...

If you mean hud elements, then yes there will be that option soon

A section under settings where you can bind two buttons to record and stop.
For example

bind [o] "startmovie [Name];host_framerate [120];etc..."
(The stuff in brackets will be customizable)

Also checkboxes that let you hide the hud and put voice_enable to 0, all that good stuff.

Yep, that's built in too. Stick around for a version or two, I'm gonna integrate some features to make recording easier.

I'll make sure to look into it, but VDM support isn't planned at the moment.

IMPORTANT: I'm no longer working on Demo Buddy. I unfortunately lost the source files, so what you download is what you're stuck with, I can't improve it anymore. Hopefully it works for you, if not, I'm sorry but there's not much I can do :/
