Tilt often happens when you take the game waaaaaay too seriously. You want things to be a certain way (not bottom scoring, not getting lowest dpm on server, not getting farmed in dm/mge, etc.), and if those things don't happen, it makes you go bananas.

Video games are supposed to be for personal enjoyment (I think), so instead of getting mad at your mistakes and/or lack of dm, find a way to laugh about it, because it is just a game (right?). Realize that some people are better than you and you have to accept that.

Some people use channeling the anger to just start focusing so hard on the game that they can't miss any shots and the inner fragger within themselves is released. Depends on your personality really, if the tilting becomes too extreme where you start smashing desks, yelling at other people for illegitimate reasons, or even breaking your peripherals, then it's time to go for a 10 mile jog and recooperate (if you can't jog for 10 straight miles, find a way).

Literally saw the "Meet the Spy" video and found out it was FREE TO PLAY. I later realized some friends at school were playing that game and played with them. I played for like 1 year, took a 1 1/2 year break, and have played ever since

From my experience with frenzy, he's a pretty chill person and is quite smart when it comes to TF2. There's sometimes a little tilt here and there, but for the right reasons most of the time.
