I overclocked my 3570K to 4 GHz on an Asrock Z77 Pro3 using the stock cooler. No voltage increase necessary and the temperature stays around 50C :)

I generally have no problem with turning off adblock on sites I want to support. But just disabling Adblock Plus on tf.tv isn't gonna cut it, I had to disable Ghostery too (Doubleclick, Adsense and Mediaplex). These scripts/services probably don't just serve ads, they track you. I don't like that which is why I use Ghostery in the first place :/
