You'll notice there's a lot of private fundraising done by me that's not going towards the prize pool. We started to realize overtime that we needed to budget A LOT more for production expenses than what we originally allocated for (yes, despite renting most of the stuff). I plan to write an article about the LAN talking about the expenses that went into running a LAN, but I made a decision to focus on putting all revenue from team ticket/spectator passes and sponsorship money towards the LAN into the prize pool while also heavily focusing on making staff travel to the LAN as cheap as possible.
