yo im being serious, just getting out of your house is probably the best thing you can do. just getting out of a place where a lot of negativity stems from helps a lot, when i get sad i go skate at like 2 am. just take a walk, swim for a little bit and listen to music, just relax and think about the best of times youve had. dont focus on negative things because you have to fight that L'appel du vide in your head.
