There's literally no reason to use a combo script when you can switch weapons fast enough, its not physically impossible, practice!
Also I think the wait command is disabled on servers.

you might have a really slow hard drive, i used to have my game freeze for up to 5 seconds because i had a hdd that had 60 mb/s read and write
check out how fast your hdds are it might be the cause

Do we need badlands_pro?

LKincheloeBadlands is THE iconic map of 6v6 TF2, so besides any possible FPS improvements and bug fixes I don't foresee a "Pro" version being needed anytime soon unless Valve mandates the Process art style for competitive, which would be a tragedy in and of itself.

Valve needs to put money into prize pots.
Valve NEEDS to make it so you can buy tickets to watch tournaments in-game with the twitch casters, like you can do in DOTA 2 and csgo.
And also another thing that pulls a lot of viewers for DOTA 2 is that when a player makes a big play like getting a triple kill, a random small number of the ticket buyers gets a special item.
