It's a very unfun class to play against, and very luck based when playing as or against it, I'm glad it's weak.

I dont enjoy being around humans, so this game helped me have fun while having no social life.

How does restricting settings for everyone a good thing for the scene? Please explain.

The only reason i can think of for the dev team to restrict settings instead of doing this is that this takes effort to implement.

When did they say that?
I've heard it before but it does not make sense, since that reasoning would apply to all kinds of game modes, not just comp. And of course there are a ton of things that turn people off the game that they could fix, but the one time they care about that is when literally nobody wants this shit. Also these shitty settings probably turn more people off the game than streams looking slightly better.
I've also heard that dx8 would be a lot more work for them, which i i'm quite convinced is their reason for restricting it to dx9.

You need to be falling with certain speeds to get this so it will be extremely rare if it ever happens in a game.

If you are trolling then do it. If not, then there are other ways to quit life than killing yourself :)
