couldnt you have just put r_drawviewmodel 0 in your autoexec? it has the same effect

i enjoy thsis site alot, and woul like to browse something other then reddit while on the go, but there is pretty much no mobile website, i have to zoom in and it os very tedious. will there ever be a mobile ui? and yes i am on my phone now, so please excuse tge spelling mistakes

WhiskerThere's also a ton of good info on the HUDS.TF website if you haven't checked it out (under "Resources" at the top). There's even more in the Discord under #useful-links: http://discord.huds.tf/
As far as the raysfire tutorial goes, it's still actually very usable these days. The most common issue people run into with that tutorial series is that they're missing the info.vdf that is now required for huds to load, which could be the issue you're running into: link

thank you, i knew the problemn was info.vdf but i changed it to different numbers each time and it didnt seem too work, seems i just didnt put a 3 there. i will try again

it''s a bit out of date but still has a lot of info on how the hud actually works. from my experience with hud editing, everything is a huge trial and error process so bind hud_reloadscheme to something and pray that it's gonna be ok

How to make a no borwser steam shortcut

talktailshepRockzin shortcut's desination add -no-browser -vrdisable nochatui -nofriendsui after the paththank you, i can confirm this works, but i cant start the normal one again if i dont go into task manager and kill all steam tasks. are there any launch options that i can add to my other steam shortcut to reactivate the browser and steam network? if there is no other option i am ok to terminate all steam related tasks
so it's going to look like thismind you your steam library won't work, so youll have to launch games from their actual directory or right-clicking on steam and launching it here"C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\Steam.exe" -no-browser -vrdisable nochatui -nofriendsui
and btw does -single-core help? (or -single_core however u write it)
