d3nydflameWell I fixed the problem. Apparently I had virus that copies common keystrokes that have been used and then spams them. I deleted the virus and now everything is fine. It wasn't the keyboard because if I unplugged the keyboard it would fix itself.

Also I would like to apologize to marisa and if he would like to apologize as well and stop saying the sens joke that would be awesome. I went a little overboard there but it's annoying when I want help with something serious and the first post is just "have you tried changing your sens?"*she

Apparently surgery unbeknownst to me has corrected this, I apologize m4risa.

change your resolution to 640x480

have dxlevel 81 in launch options and use chrismaxframes cfg http://fakkelbrigade.eu/chris/configs/

disable windows aero when hl2.exe starts up if you have windows 7 or vista installed

make sure any unnecessary software running is terminated when you're running hl2.exe

(this means terminating explorer.exe if you're playing tf2 within task manager and opening the process again later on again through task manager ctrl+alt+delete is your bff now...)
