5 seconds to do 150 self damage w/ half zatoichi
5 seconds to do around 200+ w/ basher
2 seconds to do 150 with pocket rocket.
I don't think zatoichi is viable for building.

I had this problem too, if you click on the mumble icon in your task bar before launching tf2 and make it so it's "depressed" like:

then it should unfreeze tf2.
