Why would heavy be good in this? He's super easy to pick off on viaduct and without a scout, the only way to not get sniped is countersniping. I imagine a sniper/med/scout team would have a big advantage over med/sniper/heavy. Or med/scout/soldier might be even more effective for rollout reasons alone.
