BF3 was pretty fun. I put a couple hundred hours in on that when it came out. If you like Bad Company 2, you will like 3
Hmm. That's weird. Your mobo COULD be failing... It may be a power issue too. You may want to rule that out first (always try the easy fix first).
Unplug any USB shit you don't need for now (printer, external drives, even the headset) try playing with basically just ur KB and mouse plugged in and see if the problem still persists.
Hmm. How long has this been happening?
Have you been using all the same peripherals for a while or is there a new addition in there? Also, have you recently updated drivers or firmware for any of those peripherals?
The only real downside I see to this is when a new team full of good/experienced/veteran players is made they will have to start in open... Which will basically be low open, then spend a season in high open before they can start playing good teams. This may cause people to lose interest and stop playing.
Hopefully admins will be able to place teams in IM if they are experienced so they don't have to go through 2 seasons of easy matches.
Where do you live? I know you posted in the GXL thread that you were going to that. If you are in the area there are a bunch of players around here. You will prolly meet a lot of cool people at the LAN. New friends, new things to do.
Friday night. It's way too early to say what time exactly
True, but if someone were to forget to fully close the program or accidentally join off a friend... Just wanted to make sure there were no issues there.
I really want to test it. I might try it out on my laptop with a freeplay account just to be on the safe side until more people have tried it.
This may be a dumb question, but is there any chance that this program could somehow get detected by VAC as a cheat? Erroneous VAC bans are very possible.
Maybe ill do an early bball tournament on Thursday night for those who get the premature LANer option. Well see. Ill keep all options on the table for now. I'm just thinking that with a draft tournament on Friday that a bball tournament right after that might be a little too much
I don't know about a bball or MGE tournament. Well see, but I'm not planning on it. Ill definitely do another Friday night draft tournament like last time. Maybe $5 buy in per player, winners take all.
While I enjoyed the video, I think it could have been a little longer with more gameplay. This is a documentary about our community, and it did a fantastic job at showing the human side of TF2. While I've never been to such an important LAN, I've been to a lot, and what most people don't get to experience from home was brought to life here. Very cool.
