not sure how the fuck anyone investing is expecting anything close to a good return within even 2 or 3 years, and that's especially risky with a game like overwatch which can either maybe grow or maybe continue to shrink once its novelty wears off
it would make much more sense to do this with a game that has a significantly lower chance of wearing off (eg one that already is well established and likely not going anywhere like dota as many have mentioned)

JarateKingbarefoot_banditAlso Unbanning weapons isn't going to make the game more fun, or like look "valve look at us we are play testing your broken weapons while we kill comp".For that matter, the best way to tell valve "everyone agrees, this weapon needs rebalancing" is to ban it. Their biggest source of info on what we think has always been the whitelist, leaving it wide open in the hopes that valve will magically know what happens inside pugs makes no sense.
