Sherwoodfanthat seems unecessarily painful. can i ask why you would ever want this?
the only time i've ever aimed well was when I played on a WMO which has neg mouse accel so I want to emulate it for other mouse

Which mouse should i get?

FK1/FK2 is perfect for fingertip. FK1+ is a bit too large to fingertip comfortably, imo.

Best FPS CFG currently?

I don't know if i'm doing something wrong when I try out comanglia's config or what, but chris max fps seems to give me smoother performance.
Comanglias apparently gives more fps, but i seem to get more stutters/choppier looking gameplay. you should try both and see which one works better for you.

easiest melee top/high tier?

depends on what u mean by easy
easiest to beat ur friends at when theyre getting into comp melee - peach/sheik cus of CC mechanics and marth cus fsmash spam owns
low level - probably falco/sheik/peach
mid level - with decent tech skill/decent neutral game falco / sheik / peach probably shine the most
high level - at this point everyone has good tech skill and fox will start outperforming other characters
