#1 bleh looking for medic mentor in Mentoring

I'm playing medic for my very first season ever and by chance I got to join one of the better teams in high open. Because of this, I've been pressured to step my game up and sometimes I feel like I could do a lot better. Need someone in Intermediate or maybe even Invite to guide me and go over demos and stuff with me. Since I hope to stay with this team for a while, I want to make sure I can do well for them so I am committed to improve!

This map looks pretty cool! It's a shame it hasn't gotten much attention here.

#3 Lawena won't show damage numbers in Q/A Help
saamyou could just type hud_combattext 1 in console

I've tried this but it doesn't show the damage numbers still. And the problem with using another hud is that all other elements like health, ammo, etc. are still there when I want to record the pov.

#1 Lawena won't show damage numbers in Q/A Help

I'm planning on making a frag video and for one of my clips (a scout one) I'd like to have damage numbers but when I load up the demo on Lawena, it won't show damage numbers regardless of whether the "Disable combat text" is checked or not. As a way to solve this I was thinking maybe I can use a custom hud that disables all hud elements besides the killfeed and damage numbers but that seems like a lot of work and if there's another solution I'd rather do that instead.
On a side note, if Lawena's hud shows the same damage numbers as standard TF2, is there any way to change it? Vanilla damage numbers seem too small and hard to read.

#1494 Do you like the song above? in Music, Movies, TV

I love the beat on it. Though i'm not to big a fan of this type of music that much so I don't think i'd listen to it when primarily listening to music but as background sure :). Also 1500th post

#4 Need Advice For Leading A Team /Trying Out Players in Q/A Help

Well you were pretty spot on with what to look for in tryouts. There's only so much a tryout can show of a person so one of the most important things to take into account is how well they fit into the general personality of the team. Make sure there's rarely any disputes and you will generally not have any problems in losing players or something. Other than that, make sure you know when people can scrim and that you have scrims ready for those times. If you feel overwhelmed by scrim scheduling as well as leading the team in general, ask a teammate if they're willing to take on the scrim scheduling while you lead the team. Also as leader, it's primarily your job to keep the general morale up and keeping everybody up to date with what's going on. If you don't already have one, a steam group is good for this.
