I've heard many many good things about the Xiaomi Pistons but never knew if things were being blown out of proportion or not. Looks like I might have to grab my wallet after all...

That would be highly dependent on what CPU you're talking about. Different Intel CPUs come with different tiers of the built in GPU. Having said that most Intel GPUs built into i series CPUs are more than good enough for some light/casual gaming.
For example, an i5 3570k with it's built in HD4000 graphics will run HL2 with high settings @ 1080p at 60 fps
I had to disable steam overlay to get around the "are you sure you want to quit tf2?" thing
So I know this may be far far down the line for things to add to the site, as I would imagine something like this would be quite time consuming, but I think crowd sourcing player "tags" for every video would be amazing. Imagine anyone with a "verified" account (or some other way to weed out the false player tags) could just load up a video and have somewhere to enter the names of all the players in the video. Then, on the searching side you could add another filter for players.
holy crap panzer, how much weight have you lost now? :o
downpour try MPC, on my old laptop some files that wouldn't play smoothly in VLC would be fine in MPC

Post all the launch options you have set for TF2, and also put your autoexec on pastebin or something to post it here.
You might be using a single link DVI cable (instead of a dual-link DVI-D cable) or an older spec HDMI cable. That's my best guess assuming you've already tried forcing 1080p @ 60Hz.
Davidchoihttp://puu.sh/7OHeO.jpg so since i got a new monitor (27 inches idk why someone gave it to me might as well use it) and i can't see the other half of the "screen" or hud. why does this happen and any fixes? resolution in general for the monitor is 1920 x 1080.
Out of curiosity why are the dimensions of the screenshot 1599 x 1109? Can you provide a full screenshot of the resolution you're playing at?
MoritzSomeone made a demo recorder that works for source games/csgo a few months ago, how is it called? i cant seem to find it
