Nice frags, but the explosion sounds are still pretty annoying

Use whichever has a lower response time.
So that's the Samsung.

tl;dr - refresh rate is only an important factor if your monitor is CRT, or if you are (for some terrible reason) playing with vsync enabled

Also i need some advice on how not to procrastinate, at the beginning of the semester I always start out strong and get assignments done early but as the semester progresses I get less and less motivated and end up doing assignments the day/night before. I had to pull my first school related all-nighter the other week because of an assignment I had to do. And now because of my dumbass procrastinating I have 4 projects due on Friday
I am procrastinating while typing this post FML
I'd love to help you, but the less work I do for school the better my grades are so I really see no motivation to put in effort
RUWIN I WON'T EVEN READ YOUR POSTS IN THIS THREAD PLEASE LET ME CUP YOUR BALLS
tf2mix also only has Dallas servers, which are terrible if you live in Canada
It's too bad it completely killed off tf2.pug
Every (not shit-cheap) model of AKGs I've ever used is super comfortable, and they sound amazing.
I have the k271 mkii, and they've got velvet pads. Can wear them all day without it bothering me
note: 7.1, being number of (virtual) channels, has nothing to do with quality of sound, and also really has no benefit for headphones (IN MY OPINION). As sound quality is fairly subjective your best bet is to try before you buy. If you want something on paper, I'd look at the driver size & frequency response, though. Too small of a driver and you won't have enough bass response. Also pay attention to impedance, all headphones can benefit from an audio amplifier but some cans will NEED one.
As far as brands go, I like AKG (as mentioned above), Sennheiser, Denon. Audiotechnica is also pretty good quality.
And yeah, read lots of reviews from several sources
edit: I see you already ordered something though
Does it matter that much for 6v6?
Can we please have something to encourage people to actually try to contribute, and not just be useless on purpose? Half of games on tf2lobby completely consist of trolling.
