The reason fewer roamers use shotgun now than they did a few seasons ago is that the "retard roamer" style is more popular now. The faster pushes and frequent bombs keep the game more exciting and volatile, so a lot of people are embracing this.

I love having a shotgun but I hate rocket jumping often with one.

Is it actually possible to get a modmic right now? Version 2 seems to still be preorder only, and version 1 isn't available anymore (at least not directly from AntLion)

Since we basically had 3 starting scouts for our CEVO team, Bear-Lee Legal, I'm going to be giving demoman a shot this upcoming season. I've played it a fair bit for highlander, but basically have no 6v6 experience at the class. What I'm looking for is somebody with a solid level of experience who is willing to chat briefly from time to time about strategy, positioning, and practice routines. Demo reviews won't be necessary.
