I already made vods public. The hiding strats thing wasn't a serious intention. I do find it weird that people want to watch any of my vods in the first place.

Last season we were out ~$50 each just on the flights and hotel, (and we went the cheap route of only getting one room for 2 nights) which isn't much, but even after donations and 4th place prize we paid (a little bit) out of pocket. Best advice is to not have canadians on your team.

so rr's team forfeits to us because youmustmike is mia today and no one can contact him. If he had a really good excuse then I apologize but you can't just emo out because your team lost to top guns and now you're having to play one of the top 3 teams.

I understand that AG had a much easier schedule and it's kind of unfair but you can't be top 4 at all if you just disappear before your team's most important match and you definitely can't be top 4 if you just spend the whole season being sad about having a really tough schedule. really don't understand how this game can depress you to the point of not wanting to show up to play an hour match and fucking your team over and everyone who was looking forward to Watching The Cast On TeamFortress.TV.

me and kermit talking about huge airshots in matches and he mentions fragga hit the airshot of a lifetime on gravelpit A and that it was the best airshot/feat ever done by a human will never be topped.

We spend almost an hour asking around and looking for which frag movie or clip has this shot and I'm looking through all of fragga's videos on youtube then eventually kermit admits he doesn't even remember if it was fragga who hit that shot so I ask tlr who says he remembers the shot from one of fragga's recent videos. So now I've dragged tlr into looking through fragga's youtube clips and finally I find the video, it's just a small clip only containing that shot (I thought it was from a frag movie so I didn't look at the smaller clips)

and it's the dumbest shot I've ever seen. The guy (euro) literally lets go of his mouse and keyboard as he goes flying so obviously he gets hit BUT he forced fragga's medic to pop uber in the dumbest spot possible. Not only is it the most unsatisfying airshot I've ever seen but it's also the worst fucking play of all time since they got popped a million miles away from anywhere important and the other team could just push into A and wipe them since their medic already committed and has no uber. You have to imagine this is after an hour+ of looking for supposedly the greatest soldier shot ever recorded. What a fucking joke. Fuck You Kermit

I like playing gpit in matches it's exciting but scrimming on it is a chore cuz it's so different from the other maps.

definitely talking out of my ass here but it feels like how the NHL has a winter classic every year where two teams play one of their regular season games in an outdoor rink which has different conditions and probably feels different from playing in a regular indoor rink. It doesn't affect most teams since only 2 out of 30 teams play in this and isn't too big of a deal to prepare for; it's really just a tradition and a show for the fans.

But what if every team in the NHL had to play 10 (1/8th) of their regular season games in an outdoor rink and had to prepare for it by taking their everyday practice to outdoor rinks for two weeks. gravelpit in the map rotation isn't nearly as extreme as this example but it's still only there for tradition and good for spectators and most teams I imagine don't like preparing for it and would rather just get it out of the way (even if everyone involved enjoys the matches resulting)

so I really think gpit should be voted out, even for a map that was previously in the rotation
