because it costs $0 to give out a string of letter/numbers.

i used to use a european VPS with a high download (cheap ones come with 100mb), download the torrent with that and upload it to mediafire or download straight through FTP or something.

could also use the VPS for other things, such as a mumble/minecraft server.

i feel like this is just a scare tactic.

if you're not trolling, i don't know. I typically have FPS high enough to where I wouldn't have noticed the dip in FPS. but I did lower the particle emission on nearly every particle file you see in there, weird that it's even worse on your FPS.

try getting rid of the blood spatter and maybe the sticky one, besides that i dunna mang.

edit: which sticky particles are in this zip? if they're the ones that have a large continuously flashing orb on them (note I said continuously flashing, not what you see in my video above), delete that and your FPS will be fixed.

they're not talking about directly modifying sv_tags. they have the tf_weapon_criticals command set to 1 (enabled), but have a sourcemod plugin that detects and prevents crits from happening,

and this is due to client side prediction.

What about making the server run SOAP when it's less than X (6? 8?) people?

you must have installed a class-quick-switch script sometime.

look through your configs for something like
bind +something "shift"
and delete it.

would probably be in your autoexec.

i was pubbing in the furry server cc2iscool (i didn't know what furry was, i was like 13 or 14) and a cool dude from the 8v8 clan SoBe came in and wanted me to main sniper on their team. after that I played mostly with blackbanjo and his teams.
