It heals you if you hit stuff. Pretty self explanatory. People like having heals, especially when they get less heals. Tradeoff is less rockets for fights/more reloading.

Steelfirezlanskymakes you harder to hit in sniper vs sniperThen why don't people just crouch :(
If they're going to bodyshot you they'll end up headshotting. If they were charged it wouldn't matter though, although maybe by jumping you'll miss the fully charged body shot.
Nin2246sandvich
If I am not mistaken here, sandvich was allowed in every single 6v6 tournament until someone in the 6v6 league did something stupid and made the medic live a but longer to be able to pop open a can of Uber. Than the whole community went into a uproar since that team should have lost but did not.
I honestly don't see why it is ban.
I don't think heavies should be healers. It was even more dumb when he could heal himself by dropping the sandvich.
I like having 7 buttons for my crosshair toggle + strafe for demoknight. MMOs probably can use an extra 5 or so buttons too.
The feed is here: http://teamfortress.tv/rss
Misleading name. It updates periodically just like the site (uses the same updating system). It has the stream link, viewers, stream title, and description which should be all that you need for the app.
I worked on a simple xml feed for streams just the other day (like an rss feed except not using their xml format). If someone wants to write a parser for it (or know any RSS apps that work) I'm sure it could work.
The text transitions in the video look dumb.
But other than that, looks like GMod specifically for robots. Might be good for those who like sandbox games.
Streamers with bad computers makes me a little skeptical because streaming will usually reduce your performance by a lot (don't stream if your computer can't handle TF2). Also, there was a topic like this before:

There was 1 hive leap (I think now it needs a chamber). Also, I heard they had to revert fade blink back to NS style (the best style + graphics) because like in old NS versions blink is gonna be crap.
Looks awesome, but unplayable for most. I remember when they initially wanted people with bad computers to play. Too bad their new engine is hard for most comps to handle.
If you can't stand losing/dying to someone better I don't think you should be playing a PvP game.
Enigma was planning to, but didn't have time since he had to prepare for i46. It's unfortunate it couldn't be completed for this big event (and this this site is severely slowed down), but enigma will be on it once he's back for sure. Thanks for the advice though.

Dunno how long rounds are going to take, but euro style is 30 min.
