Notes:

  • designed for 16:9 (I think most of it works in 4:3, but I could be wrong)
  • has some custom English text that I haven't made an effort to port over to different languages (and likely won't), so please use English for full support
  • meant to be used on dx9, but is not incompatible with dx8
  • install my fonts pls

I'm hopefully going to continue to make an effort to support and update this HUD, but I won't be making a separate post just yet. I would also like to just apologize in advance about the name.

I've also included a file that I think is fairly interesting, resource/customization/spacer.res. The file is fairly unique, in that you can use 3 lines to reposition most of the centered UI elements in the HUD, along with resource/customization/fontsizes.res that you can use to quickly resize HP/Ammo/Uber.

The goal of these is to provide a quick customization so that these elements can be redone to suit your preference.

he has solid mechanics but basically no 6s experience (his half season on my team was not a real time)
if you take the time to help him understand when/what he's doing I think he'll get the hang of it in no time
